Refunds
All sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds at this time, as each piece is made with love and care, and managing refunds incurs significant costs for our small business.
Returns
We do not accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, along with photos and details of the issue.
Replacements
